The Alzheimer's Association Illinois Chapter has launched the Illinois Brain Health Project, a groundbreaking public health initiative.
"Regardless of your age, it’s important to protect your brain’s health and support your overall wellbeing. Luckily, there are actions you can take every day that have been found to reduce the risk of cognitive decline, and possibly even Alzheimer’s disease and dementia."
